The most recent alumni of LIMB are working towards furthering their impact in the scientific community. Valerie Diane Valeriano recently participated in the anniversary of the Department of Biology in UP Manila as one of their seminar speakers. She was also interviewed during the radio program Pinoy Scientist of Radyo Agila about the rising antibiotic resistance. She will enter the MIMS-Laboratory of Infection Medicine of the Umea University in Sweden as Post-doctoral Research Associate this November.
