Learn and play! LIMB goes to Yongpyeong Resort for the KMB Winter Symposium and their Annual lab trip

 January 16-18, 2023. Yongpyeong, South Korea.

LIMB members together with their professor, Prof. Dae-Kyung Kang, went to Yongpyeong Resort in Gangwon-do to attend the Korean Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology (KMB)'s winter symposium with the theme: 2023 KMB's choice: Five Leading Technologies in Microbiology and Biotechnology. In the said symposium, LIMB  members headed by Prof. Kang listened to presentations related to carbon neutral, culturomics, microbiome, protein design/engineering, and synthetic biology.

And while they're at it, LIMB also took the opportunity to rest, play, and unwind during the trip and had their lab trip in Yongpyeong Ski Resort. With the work accomplished last year, and the work that is awaiting everyone this year, it was a good time to rest and plan the year ahead. To a fruitful 2023, LIMB!
